Chairman of Greenacre Capital, Nat Wei’s career started out within the technology sector at Mckinsey and Co before shifting into VC, social enterprise and most recently policy development.

Founder and Managing Director of Greenacre Capital, Francis is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. He has worked extensively in the private equity and investment management sector, which include origination, structuring and execution of all types of infrastructure, commercial property, asset-backed and whole business transactions in the bank and bond markets.

Francis has acted as a conduit between the South East Asian market and the U.K for over 30 years. This experience, as well as his interest within the environmental sector has more recently helped Greenacre to develop its energy platform.

His achievements have been recognised through awards including a “Catey” for the Pub industry, awards from the Evening Standard for Pub of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year and Lessee of the Year and Carlton Tv’s best pub restaurant in London.

He now sits on the board of several investment companies focussing on the technology and the environmental sector and that include Greenacre Capital Ltd.

David Parry

Director of Greenacre Properties

Commercial Director at Greenacre Capital, Tony Holds an honours degree in Business Studies. He has held careers in corporate, institutional and private companies, with marketing and commercial development being his key business passions.

Director of Greenacre Properties, David’s career has focussed on real estate and related industries. He started his career with EY in the Real Estate Group, where he advised on the structuring and financing of complex real estate transactions, including large portfolio acquisitions and sales, raising debt and equity finance for development and investment (both project specific and discretionary). Since leaving EY in 2007, David has held senior positions at property developers CPC Group and BMB Property Developments and private equity firm Beaubridge.

Arnold Hersheson

Investment Director

Investment Director at Greenacre Capital, Arnold began his career in the property profession in 1966 and has therefore seen several market cycles. Following 10 years as a partner of Sinclair Goldsmith in the 1970's he set up his own practice in 1981 specialising in commercial investment and development, acting for a number of major developers and institutional investors, acquiring development sites, letting offices, purchasing and selling investments and funding development schemes.

More recently, his interest in waste to energy, which originated at the turn of the millennium, has given Greenacre Capital the knowledge base on which to build its environmental energy platform.

Glenn Tomkins

Finance Director

Director of Greenacre Properties, David’s career has focussed on real estate and related industries. Finance Director at Greenacre Capital, Glenn has 35 years post qualification experience working in the UK financial services and real estate sectors, as well as extensive experience in the design and management of financial reporting systems and corporate structuring involving jurisdictions around the world.

A graduate of the University of Otago, New Zealand, he has worked closely at Board level in the coordination and negotiation of many real estate acquisitions and has fulfilled the Financial Conduct Authority’s functions of Money Laundering, Reporting Officer and Compliance Officer.

Henry Gould

He has specialised in the development and investment sectors with a focus on London and the South. Acquiring, disposing and delivering deals ranging from prime central London residential to larger scale outer borough regeneration schemes, he has a broad understanding of the full range of property development functions.

Andre Turville

Director of Greenacre Energy, Andre is a seasoned advisor and qualified with the Chartered Institute of Insurers in the 1990’s. He has broad experience in business development, distribution, marketing and investor relations and supply chain management across several industry sectors including energy, utilities, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and financial services.

In recent years he has had a particular focus on clean energy and social impact projects, working closely with Business’s, Investors and Governments.

Chair of Greenacre Independent Living, Rory's background stems from being an architectural and planning expert and a fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects. As Director of Architecture at the Arts Council of Great Britain, he established the National Lottery’s multibillion capital programme.

Rory is a graduate of Oxford University, where he read English literature.

He is the author of American Paintings and has been architecture correspondent for the Financial Times and Observer. He is co - author of The Coalition Effect (2015, Cambridge University Press).
